quality of demonstration and presentation is improved significantly
by the use of a projector so we must get one. I would suggest
to you all that a projector is as important to the operation and
success of our club, as is a venue to hold the meetings.
Since we first used one the price has halved. The lower end units
are now available for about £600.
Members have offered to donate funds to help buy one, in fact
we are nearly half way there.
However it does not end there, these units use very expensive
lamps, so we will need raise some funds for maintenance.
It was suggested at the committee that we invite members or contribute
towards the remainder of the cost. Say £25 for example.
There are other ways so we would like to debate this issue at
the next meeting.
Please come along with your ideas. I have included a few units
