Meeting Dates for 2026

We still need your suggestions for possible topics please let us know what you would like us to
try and put an together for future meeting. We have currently run out of ideas for next year
so please give it some thought and let us know what your ideas are.

Subscriptions
This years subscriptions are now due, they again remain unchanged at £20.00 for full membership and £5.00
for associate membership. If you would like to pay with a cheque please make it payable to “Melton Com-
puter Club”.
Last Month…
Derek Kerr introduced us to Copilot, Microsoft’s generative AI assistant. Derek has been using the system
for some time in helping with his company’s accounting issues and developing presentations from raw data
and merged spreadsheet – his boss thinks he is a genius – well maybe!!
Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered digital assistant developed by Microsoft, designed to enhance productiv-
ity by integrating into Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps, and browsers. It uses machine learning to assist
with tasks like drafting emails, summarizing documents, creating images, and analysing data through simple,
conversational prompts.
