Derek reported that the club made a £15.88 surplus on the year. There had
been no rent increase and will be none for the foreseeable future. The
photo competition prizes (£40) were bought out of club funds and current-
ly it is well able to support this.
Derek recommended that the membership fees should remain at the cur-
rent level – members were in agreement.

The club also renewed its web domain name for the next three years.

The club had applied for a grant through the Ragdale Hall Trust, to re-
place the projector. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our bid.

Details of the accounts have been circulated.

8. Elections
The following members were elected:

9. Newsletter & Club Website
The newsletter is good and offers much more flexibility than was previ-
ously available. We are still learning about the software and all it has to
offer. Articles are critical to the success of the newsletter and we desper-
ately need members to submit them to either Derek or Dave for inclusion.
Members have a vast range of computer experiences, so why not share
them with the rest of the club.
It is planned to create another book of club photos from the 2015 competi-
tion. Please send copies to Dave Robb for inclusion.
