What is a Computer Backup

 It’s an Exact Copy of your original files
 Creating a backup means having data saved in at least
two places
 If you have three copies of a file on your computer
and your computer crashes you loose all three

Derek explained what a computer backup is and that it should be kept sep-
arate from your computer for safety. Critical files should be backed up and
kept in various locations for maximum safety. The choice is personal and
driven by requirements. Consider using a location away from home if the
data is very critical.

and the choice depends on personal needs and availability.
