You may have to squeeze extra text boxes as your information grows. Here in
PowerPoint, you can add your text box and squeeze it in place (remember the
grid lines?). Then by highlighting the text boxes in the row and selecting the
arrange menu and align, all the boxes will neatly move to allow in the new box.
