So opening up PowerPoint, your first job is to create the initial page, select a
blank presentation page from the drop down menu and you are on your way. Re-
member, if you do not own a copy of Microsoft PowerPoint, I am sure the superb
free LibraOffice suite module Impress will do a similar job.
Once you have your blank page, all information has to be applied in text boxes.
Using the Layout menu, a host of options become available. You can of course
design your own with text boxes to suit. One option that will help your layout
immeasurably is the grid lines – turn them on.
Now you can start in putting your data into text boxes and connect them with
lines.
To Make a Dotted Line
Click on the line first – this brings up the format tab
Things should now be starting to take shape.
